This class is for our Regular Tae Kwon Do students, and is for any belt level. In this class we will cover all Tae Kwon Do techniques needed for belt testing, whether it be kicks or strikes, self defense or one-steps(defense against a punch).

Green Belt and above Forms
In this class you will learn your form(hyung) required for belt testing. A form is a series of movements representing a fight against multiple attackers.​

SELF DEFENSE 1
SELF DEFENSE 1
This class focuses solely on self defense(for testing purposes). You will learn how to get out of basic self defense grabs, along with some ground defense, and basic weapon defense.
This class is included in the Tae Kwon Do program, as well as can be taken separately(non belting).

Self Defense 2
Self Defense 2
This class is taught by Master Reardon. Master Reardon brings his knowledge of multiple Martial Arts styles to this class. We focus on joint manipulations, take downs, control, among other self defense escapes.
This class is included in the Tae Kwon Do program, as well as can be taken separately. (Non-belting)

Self Defense Adult
Self Defense Adult
This class is taught by Master Reardon and is for our adult students ages 16 and up. In this class we will be dealing with a little more adult oriented self defense such as knife/stick defense, gun defense and ground escapes. This class is included in the Tae Kwon Do program, as well as can be taken separately(Non-Belting).​

All student sparring is for all belt levels and consists of light contact sparring.
Green belt and above sparring will be similar to the all students class, however medium contact will be allowed and it will be more endurance training based as well.

This class is taught by Master Reardon and is a no contact, no gear DRILLS class to help with our sparring. It will include hand drills, footwork and speed drills. This class is for all belt levels.

STRETCHING AND STRENGTHENING

As a Martial Artist, it is important to stretch and do strengthening exercises regularly to help us reach our full potential. This class will focus on different exercises and drills to help us with our flexibility, range of motion, endurance, balance and so many other things. ​

TOURNAMENT PREP
TOURNAMENT PREP
This class is for anyone looking to get a little extra work in for tournament season. We will run through weapons forms and open handed forms, as well as work on stances. This class is for all belt levels and is open to all students, NOT just our tournament competitors.
